dc.description.abstract | Normal chromosome complement of 60 XX was observed in all the metaphase cells examined after leucocyte culture. There was no structural chromosomal abnormality. The microscopic examination of the slides revealed occurrence of polyploidy metaphase spreads (3n, 4n). There were 16% of ploidy cells in the slides examined. | en_US |
