An aural haematoma is a fluctuant, fluid filled swelling noticed on the concave surface of the pinna, which has a content of either blood or serum between the cartilage plates and the skin (Beteg et al., 2011). The occurrence of aural haematoma is due to frequent ear scratching secondary to otitis externa, trauma to the ear pinnae and violent head shaking due to the presence of ear mite infestation (MacPhail, 2016). In the present case, leather punch technique using CO2 laser was performed.en_US
