dc.description.abstract | A study was made to assess the health status of captive peafowl (Pavo cristatus) reared at Kandakottam Murugan Temple, Broadway, Chennai. Fresh droppings was collected and brought to the laboratory for further examination. The collected droppings was subjected to flotation & sedimentation techniques for coprological examination, helminthic eggs of Capillaria sp., Anisakis sp., and oocysts of Eimeria sp., were identified respectively based on the morphology. | en_US |
