Abstract
Toxocara vitulorum is one of the common parasites affecting calves and their life cycle has been well documented (Soulsby, 1982). Roberts (1993) has exhaustively reviewed Toxocara vitulorum infestation in ruminants. Occassional migration to the bile ducts (Sriv&stava 1963; Srivastava and Sharma, 1981) and pancreatic ducts has been reported (Barker and Dreumel 1985; Jones and Hunt, 1983). A case of Toxocara vitulorum lodged in the gall bladder of calf is presented in view of its aberrant location.
