dc.description.abstractAn experiment was conducted to study the influence of cage and floor rearing of White Leghorn pullets on their egg weight, egg quality and carcass traits Egg weight and meat : bone ratio were in favour of caged layers, whereas yolk colour was in favour of layers on floor. Other egg quality and carcass traits showed no differences between cage and floor layers.en_US
