dc.description.abstractThe present investigation was planned to study packaging of Halvasan in different selected packaging materials viz., Polyester + Al foil + Polyfilm PE pouches (M1), Met-Polyester + Polyfilm PE pouches (M2), Polyester + Polyfilm pouches (M3), Polyester + Nylon + Retort CPP pouches (M4), PE box (M5) and Laminated Cardboard box (M6).used in commercial practice at two different temperatures viz., room temperature (30±20C) and refrigeration temperature (7±20C) to obtain optimum shelf life of the product. Halvasan was made from standardized procedure given by Chaudharyen_US
