| dc.description.abstract | Fig (Ficus carica L.) is valuable subtropical region fruit crop. Looking to economical and nutritive value as a dry fruit and the quality of thriving in adverse climatic condition and soil it become popular but, it is necessary to study the physico-chemical changes of fruit during their growth period with important parameters for determining the harvesting stages to obtaine qualitative fruits.
