Abstract
Fig (Ficus carica L.) is valuable subtropical region fruit crop.
Looking to economical and nutritive value as a dry fruit and the quality
of thriving in adverse climatic condition and soil it become popular but,
it is necessary to study the physico-chemical changes of fruit during
their growth period with important parameters for determining the
harvesting stages to obtaine qualitative fruits. Keeping in view, the
present investigation was carried out with the objective of studying the
physico-chemical changes during the fruit growth and development.
