The records of FJG, JFG and BFG triple crossbreds were collected from pedidges Shests maintained at AICRP on Cattle, MPAU, Rahuri. The data were collected over a period of 10 years (1975 to 1984) having total of six hundred lactations. To overcome the difficulties arising from the unequal number in sub classes the least squares technique of analysis (Harvey, 1966) was used. Whenever, the effect of non genetic factor was found significant, the data were adjusted by the corresponding least squares constants. The breeding efficiency was calculated as suggested by will cox (1957) and Tomer (1965).en_US
