dc.research.problem Addition of progesterone antagonists, mifepristone at 20µM and ulipristal acetate at 0.4µM to semen extender improved the freezability of Sahiwal bull spermatozoa in terms of sperm kinematics, motility, viability, intact acrosome and intact membrane in post thaw sperm.  Addition of ulipristal acetate at 0.4µM had shown better results in terms of post-thaw percent total motility, percent host responsive spermatozoa, percent viable spermatozoa and percent uncapacitated spermatozoa and reduced acrosome reacted spermatozoa as compared to control group and mifepristone at 20µM.
