Abstract
Finger millet (
importance among major millets in the country.
crop is harvested manually and transported to threshing yard, where it
is threshed either by beating the crop manually with sticks, bullock
stone roller and a tractor with or without a stone roller is passed over

oriented, tedious and uneconomical but also leading to considerable

power operated Finger millet thresher was developed and its
