Abstract
Chronic gastritis is the inflammation of stomach with intermittent vomiting that occurs
more than 1-2 weeks duration. Chronic gastritis leads to release of inflammatory mediators
which causes vomiting 8: hematemesis. A 5 year old male Labrador dog weighing 30 kg
was presented with the history of vomiting for the past 3 months, feeding habits were
normal & treated by field veterinarian.
