dc.description.abstractA study was undertaken to know the prevalence of various physical, chemical, radiation and biological hazards, knowledge on occupational hazards among veterinarians, stress related to hazards and coping strategies practised by veterinarians and constraints faced by veterinarians in reducing occupational hazards. This present study was carried out By selecting a sample size of 120 veterinarians working in State Department of Animal Husbandry from Kancheepuram and Thiruvallur districts. The data were collected by using questionnaire and were statistically analysed and results interpreted.
