T The present study is based on the analysis of the pro and cons of online shopping along with students perception towards it. Descriptive research design was adopted for the concerned research study. The research was conducted among 60 students of Hamirpur district (Himachal Pradesh). The respondents were selected by convenience sampling depending on availability of respondents. Primary data was collected through closed ended structured interview schedule. Secondary data was taken from journals, magazines, research articles, news papers and books. A questionnaire was designed to meet the present investigation. Students opinion towards online shopping is evaluated and a collective decision is undertaken. Present study concluded that online shopping is a best, easy and time saving method, except some necessary requirements viz., a valid credit/debit card and also a trustworthy website. This study will represent a future prospectus of online shopping and ease of purchasing products and services.en_US
