A 5 year old Holstein Friesian crossbred cow was brought with history of hard milking for several months which revealed the presence of a hyper echoic intraluminal membrane in teat cistern running from gland cistern to the rosette of Furstenberg of the left hind teat on ultrasonographic examination. This ultrasonographic diagnosis helped in planning the strategy for its management.en_US
