A single serum dilution ELISA kit developed to quantify antibodies against Newcastle disease virus was statistically validated for repeatability, reproducibility, correlation, diagnostic sensitivity and diagnostic specificity. The developed ELISA kit was compared with standard HI test. The developed ELISA kit was found to have good repeatability and reproducibility. The ELISA kit was found to have DSn and DSp values of 91.8% and 100% respectively. The developed kit also had a Kappa value of 0.97.en_US
