Abstract
Cell mediated immune response was studied by Leucocyte Migration lnhibition Test (LMIT) using the lymphocytes obtained from 4 calves immunised with
schizont infected lymphoid cells of Thei/eria annulata of LXXlV(MN) - Isolate at twentieth passage level and the lymphocytes from control calves.
The migration inhibition of leucocytes of the vaccinated calves was found to vary between 50 to 86 per cent.
