A study was conducted to compare the effect of automation and conventional
rearing system on production performance in poultry and dairy farms. Results of the
experiment-I indicated significant influence on body weight, feed conversion ratio,
Livability, Litter quality and working time measurement. However, there was no
significant effect on age at sexual maturity, egg quality, per cent settable eggs, fertility,
