Development and Validation of Elisa Kit for Pregnancy Diagnosis in Cattle through Milk

1. The Dot ELISA developed for first time is suitable for early pregnancy diagnosis which may be used with 77.27% accuracy. 2. Dot ELISA will give 100% accurate result for non pregnant cattle. 3. The reagents used during this technique is very less as compared to plate ELISA which might reduce the cost. 4. Before patenting of the kit further studies on simplicity of progesterone extraction from milk is suggested.
