BhuniaA field experiment was conducted at Niche Area Excellence Farm, Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner during kharif, 2014 to study the effect of crop geometry and drip irrigation levels on growth, yield and quality of groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.). Groundnut variety HNG -10 was planted using 4 crop geometry viz. normal sowing (30cm x 10cm) in 90 cm drip line spacing, normal sowing (30cm x 10cm) in 120 cm drip line spacing, paired row sowing in 90 cm drip line spacing and paired row sowing in 120 cm drip line spacing; 3 levels of drip irrigation (0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 ETc) and compared with surface irrigation at 30cm x10cm crop geometry and analysed in randomized block design with three replications.ThesisItem Open Access Effect of Different Mulches on Green Gram (Vigna radiata L.) R. BhuniaA field experiment was conducted at Niche area of excellence farm, Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner during rabi season, 2011-12. The soil of experiment site was loamy sand in texture containing 80.85, 20.91 and 240.00 kg ha-1 available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, respectively in 0-15 cm soil depth with pH 8.89 and organic carbon 0.09 per cent. The experiment consisted total of ten treatments viz., five FeSO4 soil and application (control, 12.5 kg FeSO4/ha, 25 kg FeSO4/ha, 37.5 kg FeSO4 /ha and 50 kg FeSO4/ha) and five foliar spray treatment (0.05% thiourea, 0.5 FeSo4, 0.5 FeSo4 + 0.05% thiourea, 0.5% FeSo4 +0.1% citric acid and 0.2% Fe-EDDHA) at 45 and 65 DAS.
