Abstract
The present experiment was carried out in the laboratory as well as at the nursery of the horticulture section, B.A. College of Agriculture, Anand during the year 1996. An experiment, was laid cut in Completely Randomized Design with two factors having five repetitions but the statistical analysis of data through parametric method (ANOVA) showed large variation (high Cv per cent) in each trair. Therefore data were analysed using nonparametric method (Rank analysis). Custard apple seeds were soaked in distilled water and cattle-dung for 24 nours and in concentrated H2SO4 for 2 and 4 minutes and then were dried on gunny bag for 12 hours.
