The prime purpose of ATMA is to provide flexible working environment by integrating research, extension and all other stake holders at the district level to support the farmers need and interest through strategic plan. It works on “Bottom up approach”, where farmers are in focus. Farm School is one of the different cafeterias under ATMA. Farm School is a basic production and managing facility of any crops or livestock designed to teach the learners everything about production and management under the direct supervision of successful farmers/teacher/trainer or anybody with the use of principle “learning by doing”. Farm school consists of group of people with a common interest, who get together on a regular basis to study the "how and why" of a particular topic.en_US
