Abstract
A field experiment was conducted at Tribal Research cum Training Center, Anand agricultural University, Devgadh Baria (Gujarat). to study “Response of different soybean (Glycine max L. Merrill) varieties on seed rates in kharif season under middle Gujarat conditions.” During the kharif season of year 2010. The soil of experimental plot is loamy. The soil is very deep and fairly moisture retentive. The soil responds well to fertilizers. Twelve treatment comprising of four levels of different varieties (NRC-37, JS-335, JS-93-05 and Gujarat soybean 2) three levels of seed rates (60, 80 and 100 kg ha-1) and were tried under factorial concept of randomized complete block design with four replication.
