Six different plant based agricultural residues were used for Cellulase production required for paddy straw saccharifaction. The study revealed that soybean pod husk, as a lignocellulosic residue, could be used as a supplement with paddy straw for maximizing cellulase production and saccharifaction of straw.en_US
