Abstract
Present era is known as science and technology, where
knowledge and skill is being generated in every field at an amazing
speed. The emerging knowledge and technology become the strategic
resources for accelerating the pace of advancement. So far, it signifies
immense importance of speedy and effective transfer of technology and
knowledge to the users. “The only way this can be done is through
education and training”. Hence, a farmer training fits very well in the
present context of agricultural extension strategy and has become a
significant variable directly influencing the agricultural development.
