Abstract
A field experiment was conducted during, summer season of the year 2007 at
College Agronomy Farm, B. A. College of Agriculture, Anand Agricultural University,
Anand to study the “Effect of irrigation schedules (IW: CPE ratios) and growth regulators
on growth and green pod yield of summer cowpea (Vigna unguiculata L.) under middle
Gujarat conditions”. The soil of the experimental plot was loamy sand in texture having
good drainage, low in nitrogen, medium in available phosphorus and high in available
potash with 7.5 pH.
