Abstract
India's Cotton ecosystem has the potential for a radical change that can benefit all involve value chain players, but specially the millions of small cotton farmers that from the back bane of India's cotton Industry. Indian cotton farmers today sit on a wealth of potential access to inputs and machinary has improved greatly in recent year, bringing farmers to the point where they have similar access have as their counterparts in devolped cotton nations.
