A field experiment was conducted at the college

B. A. College of Agriculture, Anand Agricultural University,
Anand. During Rabi season of 2003-2004 to study the
"Integrated nutrient management in Rabi maize (Zea
mays L.) under middle Gujarat conditions" The soils of
experimental plot was loamy-sand in texture having a good
drainage and 7.7 pH. It was low in organic carbon (0.31 %) and
total nitrogen (0.034 %), while high in available phosphorus
