Abstract
The present investigation was undertaken to study the effect of soil application of Zn and Fe besides their scheduled foliar application at different growth stages with the perspective of biofortification of wheat (variety GW 496) grain with Zn and Fe on Typic Ustochrept soils of Anand. The field experiment was taken with sixteen treatments, eight each for Zn and Fe and was replicated thrice under randomized block design. The mode of Zn and Fe application was of three types viz. soil (25 kg ZnSO4 and 50 kg FeSO4 ha-1, respectively), foliar (0.5% ZnSO4 and 1.0% FeSO4, correspondingly) and soil+foliar (20 kg ZnSO4 ha-1 + two foliar
