dc.description.abstract | A field experiment was conducted during Rabi season of the year 2017-18 at Bidi Tobacco Research Station, Anand Agricultural University, Anand (Gujarat) to study the “Effect of transplanting date on yield and quality of calcutti tobacco (Nicotiana rustica l.) varieties under middle Gujarat conditions”. The soil of the experimental field was loamy sand in texture, low in organic carbon and available nitrogen, medium in available phosphorus and high in available potassium with slightly alkaline (pH 8.15) in reaction. | en_US |
