dc.description.abstractObjectives of the Study: 1. To study the socio-economic characteristics of ND and Non-ND farmers. 2. To study the sources of information used by ND and Non-ND farmers in relation to the recommended improved practices of irrigated paddy cultivation. 3. To study the impact of National Demonstration on the knowledge level of ND and Non- ND farmers in relation to the recommended improved practices of irrigated paddy cultivation. 5. To study the correlation between the knowledge level and adoption level of ND and Non-ND farmers, respectively. 6. To study the relationship between some socio-economic characteristics such as age, education, family size and family type of ND farmers in respect of their adoption behavior.en_US
