dc.description.abstractInvestigations on succession and management of major insect pests infesting soybean, Glycine max L. (Merrill) were carried out at Agronomy Farm, B. A. College of Agriculture, Anand Agricultural University, Anand during kharif season of 2014 and 2015. During the course of study, seven insect pest species, viz., whitefly, Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius), grey weevil, Myllocerus spp., Bihar hairy caterpillar, Spilosoma obliqua Walker, leaf eating caterpillar, Spodoptera litura Fabricius, pod borer, Helicoverpa armigera Hübner (Hardwick), jassids, Empoasca kerri Pruthi and leaf miner, Liriomyza trifolii (Burgess) were recorded on soybean at various stages of the cropen_US
