Abstract
India has been one of the major producers of gram and the main
producing state is Rajasthan in which area under gram was 1252.936
thousand hectare and production was 1277.348 thousand tonnes (2012-
13). The present investigation was carried out to study the growth rates,
cost structures, returns, marketing costs and price spread in different
marketing channels and constraints in marketing of gram.
