The present investigation on “Response of plant growth regulators and micronutrients on growth and yield of okra (Abelmoschus esculentus L. Moench)” was undertaken at the experimental field, Department of Horticulture, College of Agriculture, V.N.M.K.V Parbhani, during Summer 2021. The experiment was laid out in randomized block design (RBD) with three replications by using cultivar Parbhani Kranti. It comprised 13 treatments T1 (GA3 100 ppm at 45 DAS), T2 (NAA 100 ppm at 45 DAS), T3 (GA3 100 ppm at 30 DAS), T4 (NAA 100 ppm + CCC 750 ppm at 45 DAS), T5 (GA3 100 ppm + M1 100 ppm (micronutrient mixtures) at 30 DAS, T6 (NAA 100 ppm + M1 100 ppm (micronutrient mixtures) at 30 DAS, T7 (GA3 100 ppm + M2 100 ppm (micronutrient mixtures) at 45 DAS, T8 (NAA 100 ppm + M2 100 ppm (micronutrient mixtures) at 45 DAS, T9 (GA3 100 ppm at 30 DAS + M2 100 ppm at 45 DAS), T10 (NAA 100 ppm at 30 DAS + CCC 750 ppm + M2 100 ppm at 45 DAS), T11 (NAA 100 ppm at + CCC 750 ppm + M1 100 ppm at 30 DAS), T12 (NAA 100 ppm + CCC 750 ppm + M2 100 ppm at 30 and 45 DAS), T13 (control). The periodical observations on growth and yield parameters were recorded and subjected to statistical analysis. The result of the present investigation revealed that, combined application of plant growth regulators and micronutrient has significant influence on growth and yield of okra. The growth parameters (morphological) such as plant height (152.65 cm), number of branches (3.53), stem girth (8.20 cm), number of nodes (36.23), number of leaves (32.80), leaf area (182.46 cm2) and leaf area index (4.43): the flowering (phenological) parameters like number of flowers per plant (34.03), minimum days required for 1st flowering (42.66), number of days taken to 50% flowering (48.66) and nodal position of first flower (3.33); the fruit parameters like weight of fruit (15.66 g), length of fruit (14.50 cm) and diameter of fruit (15.00 mm) and yield parameter like number of fruits per plant (28.83), fruit yield per plant (444.30 g), fruit yield per plot (5.93 kg) and fruit yield per ha (119.27 q/ha) had shown statistically better performance in treatment T3 (GA3 100 ppm at 30 DAS) as compare to other treatments.en_US
