dc.description.abstractThe experiment consisted of twelve treatment combinations comprised of three age of seedling viz., A1: 14 days old seedling, A2: 21 days old seedling and A3: 28 days old seedling and four different spacing viz., S1: 20 cm × 15 cm, S2: 20 cm × 20 cm, S3: 30 cm × 10 cm and S4: 30 cm × 15 cm were tested in Randomized Block Design (Factorial) with four replications. The soil of the experimental field was loamy sand in texture having good drainage capacity. It was low in organic carbon and available nitrogen and medium in available phosphorus and potassium.en_US
