Abstract
The present investigation was carried out to study instability in prices and
production of gram and tur, inter and intra year behavior in prices, price
integration, marketing pattern of arrivals of gram and tur in the selected markets of
Vadodara, Panchmahal and Dahod districts of middle Gujarat. An attempt was also
made in the present study to identify the various prices and non-price variables
associated with present area allocation of gram and tur in the district
