Abstract
A field experiment on “Effect of hydrogel on growth, yield and water use
efficiency of summer groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.) under middle Gujarat
condition” was carried out at Agronomy Farm, B. A. College of Agriculture, Anand
Agricultural University, Anand during summer season of the year 2020.The soil of the
experimental field was loamy sand in texture, low in organic carbon and low in
available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium with an alkaline (pH
8.44) in reaction.
