Abstract
The present investigation entitled “Morphological, physico-biochemical and
marker (SSR and SRAP) based diversity study in castor (Ricinus communis L.)” was
carried out at the Department of Agricultural Biotechnology, Anand Agricultural
University, Anand, Gujarat, during kharif season of 2019-20. The study was undertaken
with the objective of studying the variability, inter-character association of yield and
yield contributing traits, and genetic diversity among thirty castor genotypes grown in
Randomized Block Design with two replications.
