Abstract
Cefoperazone, is a new semi-synthetic third generation cephalosporin that
possesses broad spectrum activity against a wide range of aerobic and anaerobic grampositive
and gram-negative bacteria. Use of Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
(NSAIDs) are frequently prescribed with antibacterials for the treatment of various
bacterial infections accompanied by fever and other inflammatory conditions in animals.
Meloxicam is an effective anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug used in veterinary
practice.
