Abstract
The present investigation was carried out in two parts, first part
consisting of the seedling stage and the second one was the field
stage. The first part was conducted at seedling stage at 2 and 5 DAG
consisting of seven genotypes out of which five (J-2480, J-2511, J-
2290, J-2405 and J-2340) were resistant and two (7042S and J-2372)
were susceptible to downy mildew. These genotypes were analysed
for isozymes like POX, EST, PPO and SOD at both stages
