Abstract
This is the age of communication; the current information revolution is
dramatically increasing the potential for sharing information across the
globe. Technologies and media are becoming more appropriate for
conditions in rural areas. In this situation mass media play an important
role in transfer of information and technology. Video technology was a
great potential for the transfer of technology and development of
human resources. It is most suitable medium for generating interaction
and providing useful information on different users.
