Abstract
Women are the sacred soil where seeds of new human life have grown up. The pure indicator to the development made by any country is also better measured by the status of women in that particular country.However, leaving apart this idealistic approach, the ground reality is that even today in our so called civilized society, women are regularly subjected to the vulnerable issues and heinous criminal acts of domestic violence, divorce, sexual harassment, work exploitation etc.
