Abstract
The present investigation entitled on “Effect of biostimulants and boron on
growth, yield and quality of carrot (Daucus carota L.) cv. Pusa Kesar” was laid out
and conducted at Horticultural Research Farm, Department of Horticulture, B. A.
College of Agriculture, Anand Agricultural University, Anand during Rabi season of
the year 2020-21. The experiment was laid out in factorial randomized block design
(FRBD) with three replications. The experiment consisted of twelve treatment
combinations comprising of four level of biostimulants viz., Water spray (A0) (control),
Seaweed extract 3 ml / L (A1), Anubhav bioconsortium 2 ml / L (A2), Humic acid 1 g /
L (A3) and three levels of boron viz. Boron 0 kg / ha (B0), Boron 0.5 kg / ha (B1), Boron
1 kg / ha (B2).
