dc.description.abstract | NP and SP crosses were developed to evaluate the production performance up to 48 weeks of age by utilizing IWN (N) and Synthetic line (S) as male line and IWP as female line. Different traits studied during the experimental period were fertility and hatchability of parent lines, body weight at various ages, age at sexual maturity, egg production, egg weight and egg mass up to 48 weeks of age, feed consumption, feed efficiency traits and economics of strain crosses.
