Abstract
The study entitled “Exploring The New Markets For Hybrid Paddy In
Cooch Behar &Jalpaiguri Districts of West Bengal” was taken up with
the basic objectives of finding out the potential market under hybrid
paddy in Coochbehar and Jalpaiguri district, studying the customer
preference in hybrid paddy segment, making a SWOT analysis for this
new hybrid markets and executing a marketing strategy to increase the
sale of hybrid paddy in this potential markets. Both primary as well as
secondary data were used to achieve the stipulated objectives of the
study.
