Abstract
Fifty four bovines comprising of 35 cows and 19 buffaloes
with puerperal conditions as retained placenta, puerperal metritis,
post abortion metritis and normal puerperium were used in this
study. Uterine discharge was obtained aseptically from all the animal
and subjected to bacteriological analysis.
