Abstract
Present study titled “Teacher Effectiveness of BTC and Special BTC Teachers in the Context of work value and Job Stress conducted on primary school teachers teaching in of Allahabad District. Descriptive survey method was implied to collect the data of the study. 596 teachers have been selected by using multi stage stratified random sampling technique as a sample of the study. These teachers are selected on the basis of gender and locale from the secondary school of Allahabad District. Teacher effectiveness prepared by P. Kumar & Muttha, work value scale prepared by Dr. K.S. Mishra and Indore Teacher’s Job stressors Scale prepared Rathod and Verma by have been used to collect the data. Descriptive and inferential statistics (mean, standards derivation, t-value and ANOVA) have been used for analyzing and interpreting the data and its finding are conducted as: - 1. There is significant difference in Teacher Effectiveness between BTC and Special BTC Teachers of Primary School. From the observation of mean difference of Teacher Effectiveness of BTC and Special BTC Teachers it is stated that Special BTC Teachers are more effective than BTC Teachers of Primary School. 2. There is significant difference in Teacher Effectiveness between Rural and Urban teachers of Primary School. From the observation of mean difference of Teacher Effectiveness of Rural and Urban Teachers it is stated that Urban Teachers are more effective than Rural Teachers of Primary School. 3. There is significant difference in Teacher Effectiveness between Male and female Teachers of Primary School. From the observation of mean difference of Teacher Effectiveness of Male and Female Teachers it is stated that female Teachers are more effective than Male Teachers of Primary School. 4. There is significant difference in Work Values between BTC and Special BTC Teachers of Primary School. it is stated that Special BTC Teachers are more sensitive, careful and give more value to their work than Special BTC Teachers of Primary School. 5. There is significant difference in Work Values between Rural and Urban teachers of Primary School. it is stated that Rural Teachers are more sensitive, careful and give more value to their work than Urban Teachers of Primary School. 6. There is significant difference in Work Values between Male and female Teachers of Primary School. From the observation of mean difference of Work Values of Male and Female Teachers it is stated that female Teachers are more sensitive, careful and give more value to their work than Male Teachers of Primary School. 7. There is significant difference in Teacher Effectiveness of BTC teachers of among low, medium and high Work Values of Primary xv School. So it stated that BTC teachers of Medium Work Values of Primary School having better Teacher Effectiveness than BTC teachers of low Work Values of Primary School. So it stated that BTC teachers of high Work Values of Primary School having better Teacher Effectiveness than BTC teachers of medium Work Values of Primary School. So it stated that BTC teachers of high Work Values of Primary School having better Teacher Effectiveness than BTC teachers of low Work Values of Primary School. 8. Hence it is stated that there is significant difference in Job Stress between Rural and Urban Teachers of Primary School. Hence it is stated that there is significant difference in all dimensions of Job Stress like Over OverLoadness, Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity, Powerlessness, Motivelessness and Interpersonal Relationship between Rural and Urban Teachers of Primary School. So it is stated that Job Stress of Rural Teachers of Primary schools according to Over Loadness, and Role Ambiguity are comparatively better than Job Stress and of Urban Teachers of Primary schools. While the Job Stress and of Urban Teachers of Primary schools according to Role Conflict, Powerlessness, Motivelessness and Interpersonal Relationship are comparatively better than Job Stress of Rural Teachers of Primary schools. 9. Hence it is stated that there is significant difference in Job Stress between male and female Teachers of Primary School. Therefore it is stated that there is no significant difference in dimensions of Job Stress like Over Loadness, Powerlessness and Interpersonal Relationship between male and female Teachers of Primary School. So it is stated that Job Stress of male Teachers of Primary schools according to Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity and Motivelessness are comparatively better than the Job Stress of female Teachers of Primary schools. So it is stated that according to Over Loadness, Powerlessness and Interpersonal Relationship there is no significant difference between male and female Teachers of Primary School. 10. There is significant difference in Teacher Effectiveness among low, medium and high Job Stress of BTC Male teachers of Primary School. So it stated that BTC Male teachers of low Job Stress of Primary School having better Teacher Effectiveness than BTC Male teachers of Medium Job Stress of Primary School. So it stated that BTC Male teachers of Medium Job Stress of Primary School having better Teacher Effectiveness than BTC Male teachers of high Job Stress of Primary School. So it stated that Male BTC Male teachers of low Job Stress of Primary School having better Teacher Effectiveness than BTC Male teachers of high Job Stress of Primary Schoo
