A sample of 100 rural women from each districts were taken randomly The total sample present study constituted 200 rural women covered under different developmental programs. Duly pretested interview schedule was used to collect data by personal interview technique. The personal profile of the respondents depicted that majority were young, illiterate from low socio economic status, low scores on urban contact, extension contact. Medium scores were repoted on change proneness. localiteness -cosmopoliteneness and high scores on economic motivation and anittude towards development programs.
