That is why, Children have been Considered Nation's Top-Most asset, Who metamorphose into agile youth on whose shoulders the Country's Aspirations, responsibilities and destiny rests. being so, no Country can afford to neglect so vital section of Population as to ignore them is to ignore our future hopes. According to the provisional population report of 1981 Census, there are 255 Million Children between 0 and 14 Years, consisting about 38 Percent of the Total Population (UNICEF,1981). In Haryana there are estimated to be 55 Lakh of Children in the Age group of 0-14 Years, which is about 50 Percent of the state's total population. Thus the Importance of promoting Welfare of such a class in Particular, cannot be over emphasized
