    Effect of Different Organic Manures and Bio-Fertilizers on Growth, Yield and Quality of Rose cv. Gladiator

The experiment was laid out I a Factorial Randomized Block Design (FRBD) with three 'plications and twelve treatment combinations, comprising of lree treatments of organic manures (No organic, Castor cake :ld Neem cake), two treatments of bio-fertilizers (With bio- rtilizers and Without bio-fertilizer) and two levels of nitrogen 5 % RON and 100 % RON) with spacing of 1.00 m x 1.00 m. Among different • orgamc . >plication of Castor cake (02) manures significantly trial, -.- increased an all owth , floral, yield and quality parameters as well as plant ld soil nutrient contents as compared to without organicaanure. While in case of bio-fertilizers, an application of bio- ertilizers significantly increased all growth, floral , yield and luality parameters as well as plant and soil nutrient contents .s compared to without bio-fertilizers . However in case of litrogen levels, an application of 100 % RDN significantly ncreased all growth, floral, yield and quality parameters as veil as plant and soil nutrient contents as compared to 75 % WN. The Castor cake) combined application with bio-fertilizers of organic manures (Azospirillum and \zotobacter) and fertilized with 100 % RDN per plant was ncreased plant growth, floral, yield characters and CBR. This ." esulted in the highest production of rose flower (460813.67 per hal with the net realization of Rs . 168415.13 Rs / h a with 1: 2.72 CBR.
